On this episode of The Backpack Show with Chris Brogan and Kerry O'Shea Gorgone, we'll talk with felt artist LeBrie Rich. LeBrie creates felted art items and sells kits so you can make your own at home. We’ll talk with her about making a living through her art, as well as her commitment to social change and equity.
We’ll also meet Kory Stamper, a writer and editor of dictionaries (“lexicographer”) who worked on the Merriam-Webster family of dictionaries for nearly twenty years. She’s the author of "Word by Word: The Secret Life of Dictionaries." Kory is featured in the incredibly profane new Netflix series "The History of Swear Words with Nic Cage." We can’t wait to talk with her about that lexicographer life.
