Bella Mahaya Carter is a creative writing teacher, empowerment coach, speaker, and author of an award-winning memoir, "Raw: My Journey from Anxiety to Joy, and a collection of narrative poems."

We'll talk with Bella about her new book "Where Do You Hang Your Hammock? Finding Peace of Mind While You Write, Publish, and Promote Your Book." In the book, Carter encourages writers and authors to rethink their ambitions and trust in their heartfelt purpose and values in the journey to becoming, or continuing on, as authors.

Jenn Donahue is a leadership coach, engineer, and entrepreneur who has served in Iraq and Afghanistan. We'll talk with Jenn about exploring the conflict women leaders may have when hiring other women, and how strong examples of female leadership can change unconscious biases and bring a fresh approach to problem solving.
